Job Description
A&D Specifications Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultants.
- Promote the brand and product portfolio through presentations, showroom visits, and networking events.
- Secure product specifications for residential, hospitality, corporate, and commercial projects.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge, samples, technical specifications, and design solutions.
- Coordinate with internal sales and project teams to convert specifications into orders.
- Monitor project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development or specification sales within the furniture, interiors, or design industry.
- Established network within the UAE A&D community.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and project requirements.
