Noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. What you'll do
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. You will drive the execution and scaling of noon’s automation initiatives through cross-functional stakeholder management, and hands-on field execution. Job scope
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Engineering to execute high-impact robotics and automation initiatives.
- Analyze operational data, field performance metrics to drive targeted interventions to ensure projects remain on track
- Build Excel models and PowerPoint materials to support internal and external stakeholder conversations
- Own the end-to-end deployment of automation solutions, coordinating internal teams and external partners ensuring successful implementation on the ground

What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree from a top institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or the strategy team of a startup.
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to spend time in the field, working with operational teams and deployment partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support relationships with external stakeholders
- Experience in building Excel models and PP presentations for external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Python and SQL is a plus. Who will excel?
