Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environmentsManage VMware vSphere ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization platformsConfigure and maintain Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID Azure ADDeploy configure and maintain enterprise servers and infrastructure servicesPerform server provisioning OS upgrades patch management and performance tuningManage storage solutions NetApp Dell EMC HPE and backup platforms such as Veeam Commvault or Veritas NetBackupSupport Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environmentsMonitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issuesPerform incident problem and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processesImplement disaster recovery DR and business continuity BCP proceduresCollaborate with network security database and application teams to ensure seamless service deliveryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Azure Certification to validate expertise and commitment. Experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, to effectively manage hybrid infrastructures.
