Project Manager – Real Estate Development (Dubai)A growing real estate development company in Dubai is looking for a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end development and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the real estate development sector, combining experience in Russia/CIS markets with hands-on UAE development exposure. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing projects from concept and design stages through construction and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from concept design, schematic design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and final handoverCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the development processLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activitiesReview and monitor design development to ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and timelinesManage tendering processes, contractor evaluations, negotiations, and procurement coordinationSupervise project execution on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulationsMonitor project progress, risks, budgets, and reporting to senior managementEnsure timely resolution of technical, design, and operational issuesCoordinate with UAE authorities, consultants, and service providers regarding approvals and project requirementsLead and coordinate internal and external project teams while maintaining a collaborative team environmentEnsure successful project completion within timeline, budget, and quality expectationsRequirements5–7 years of experience in real estate development and project managementMandatory UAE experience with a real estate developer or development consultancyStrong exposure to residential and mixed-use developmentsRussian and English fluency is requiredPrevious project management experience in Russia/CIS markets is requiredProven experience managing end-to-end projects (from concept through completion)Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and development lifecycleTeam management and stakeholder coordination experienceStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPMP or other project management certification is considered an advantageArchitectural, engineering, or construction-related educational background preferred
