Lawyer - Russian Speaker

We are seeking a Russian-speaking Lawyer with strong commercial and contract law experience. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of total legal experience including at least 3 years of GCC experience. UAE market experience is preferred. Russian Speaker, Communication, Contract Review, Problem-solving, Technical Expertise. Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Review tenders, tender documents, and related legal requirements
- Provide legal advice on commercial and contractual matters
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate actions
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions
- Review agreements, amendments, and other legal documents
- Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and business partners
- Ensure contractual terms align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal parties Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of total legal experience
- Minimum 3 years of GCC legal experience
- Bachelor s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification
- Experience in commercial contracts and tender review
- Strong understanding of GCC legal and commercial practices
