If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.*** Key aspects of the role include: - Monitors and reviews quality-related activities. - Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain QC protocols and documentation. - Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing. - Lead investigations of quality incidents and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines. - Lead a high-performing team providing guidance and professional development. - Support regulatory audits and external inspections. To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related life sciences field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production. - Proven leadership and team-management experience. - Experience with GMP audits and regulatory compliance. - Strong attention to details and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
