Job Description Business Analyst Location: First 11.5 months on-site in Abu Dhabi, then 100% remote Language: Fluent English required We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for an international project. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, hands-on experience with next-generation AI systems, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment. Responsibilities - Analyze business needs, processes, and workflows to define clear and actionable requirements. - Collaborate with technical teams to design and optimize solutions within Microservice Architecture frameworks. - Work closely with stakeholders to assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of agentic AI systems such as UiPath, including automation and process optimization initiatives. - Support the design and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and LLM-based solutions. - Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams through well-structured documentation, reporting, and requirement specifications. - Participate in workshops, on-site meetings, and remote sessions with international teams. Requirements - Bachelor's degree with strong English education; Fluent English is mandatory. - Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in complex, large-scale projects. - At least 2 months of international living experience; ability to adapt to multicultural environments. - Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems (e.g., UiPath). - Knowledge of RAG applications, LLMs, and modern AI-driven solutions. - Proven expertise in analyzing and supporting projects built on Microservice Architecture. - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Work Model - First 11.5 months: On-site in Abu Dhabi. - Following period: Fully remote. Location - Initial on-site phase in Abu Dhabi; subsequent work 100% remote.
