Senior Product Designer – Web3 Location: Dubai, UAE Employment type: Full-time / Contract We’re hiring a seasoned Product Designer with strong Web3 experience to own the end-to-end design of Numu’s core product across mobile and web. This is a senior role focused on UX strategy, product thinking, and execution, not just visual design. You’ll work closely with founders and engineers to design intuitive, trustworthy experiences for a complex, non‑custodial financial product. Responsibilities - Own product design across core user flows and surfaces - Translate complex Web3 and financial concepts into clear, simple UX - Design scalable systems, flows, and interaction patterns - Build and maintain a cohesive, production‑ready design system - Partner closely with engineering to ship high‑quality product experiences - Contribute to product vision, UX strategy, and long‑term design direction Requirements - 5+ years of product design experience - Demonstrated Web3 experience (DeFi, wallets, non‑custodial flows, on‑chain UX) - Strong UX thinking and systems design skills - Experience designing products where trust, clarity, and edge cases matter - High proficiency with FigmaComfortable operating in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments - Fintech, payments, or neobank experience - Experience designing for both crypto‑native and mainstream users - Motion / interaction design skills What We Care About - UX clarity over crypto buzzwords - Thoughtful abstraction of complexity - Strong taste and product intuition #J-18808-Ljbffr
