Key Responsibilities Lead multi‐asset operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency. Translate Miral Experiences' strategic objectives into actionable operational plans that drive financial performance and service excellence. Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational teams. Partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional leaders to deliver on business priorities and organizational goals. Introduce and implement innovative operational practices that enhance guest experience and operational effectiveness at scale. Represent Operations within the executive leadership team and actively contribute to the long‐term strategic direction of Miral Experiences. Ideal Candidate Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience within theme parks, entertainment destinations, or large‐scale tourist operations. Proven track record of leading multi‐site, high‐volume operations and delivering consistent financial and service results. Strategic, commercially minded leader with the ability to balance long‐term vision and day‐to‐day execution. Inspirational leadership style with a strong focus on service excellence, people development, and performance culture. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at executive and board levels. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
