Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance occupancy rates and revenue generation. Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation Management: Provide guidance and support to property managers on leasing policies and documentation requirements. Ensure all lease agreements, approvals, and supporting documents are accurately prepared, reviewed, and maintained. Represent GMG in meetings with landlords, investors, and external partners to explore leasing opportunities. Functional/Technical Competencies Strong understanding of lease agreements, contract negotiations, and legal compliance. Experience in financial reporting, lease accounting, and budget management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lease management software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills required.
