- $100/hour Role Overview We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations. The role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods across multiple regions. Candidates must have a proven track record in supply chain coordination and cost reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess holding costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to align on demand forecasts. Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required. Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization tools is necessary. Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, cost structures, and risk factors. Knowledge of logistics operations including transportation management and customs compliance. Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles in supply chain processes.
