Sales Executive

WE'RE HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE – DUBAI Empro Contracting is looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our fit-out, renovation, and maintenance business across Dubai.

- Technical & estimation team support to help you close deals Your Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales across residential and commercial areas in Dubai
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Arrange client meetings and coordinate site visits
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects through to closure
- Negotiate terms and close projects
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, and deal progress What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales, B2C, or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic or other languages are a plus Preferred
- Experience in fit-out, interior design, renovation, or maintenance sales
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own car is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities and the local market
