Job Purpose:

Product Consultant who is a high-performing sales professional responsible for driving sales of credit cards, a premium product with exclusive benefits. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience to build strong relationships with affluent clients, exceeding sales goals and fostering brand loyalty. The commission structure is one of the best in UAE.

The core accountabilities encompass the following:

1. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships and closing deals with premium clients.
2. Lead the sales and promotion of Bank's Platinum cards to high-net-worth individuals and premium clientele.
3. Provide personalized financial advice and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of affluent customers.
4. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards in all sales and service activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. At least 3 years of direct sales experience in the UAE, specifically selling premium cards to high-net-worth individuals. Must have completed 2 years with the current employer.
2. Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory.
3. Experience working with high-net-worth customers and clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning products and services to meet their requirements.
4. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the premium credit card or financial services sector.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Knowledge of wealth management, investment products, and affluent customer segments.
