Lead the Design Process: Oversee and manage the design process for all Interior Fit-Out projects, ensuring designs align with client requirements, project goals, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to refine and implement design concepts that meet both functional and aesthetic needs. Innovative & Sustainable Design: Champion the integration of innovative, sustainable, and cutting-edge design practices in all projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic design team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performance environment. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary design point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is accurately represented and executed throughout the design and implementation stages. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of design quality, ensuring deliverables meet project specifications and comply with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Budget & Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure design-related deliverables are achieved within budget and on schedule, optimizing resource allocation and cost-efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and cutting-edge technologies, introducing innovative design solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out design, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects in commercial, residential, and/or hospitality sectors. Educational

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is an advantage. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing design teams, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex, large-scale projects. Design Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools, alongside a solid understanding of construction methods and materials. Client Relations: Expertise in presenting and articulating design concepts to clients, with excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and the ability to balance creative vision with practical project execution and commercial objectives. Leadership

Skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships. Sustainability Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sustainability principles and the ability to integrate them into design solutions. Language

Skills:
Fluency in English is essential. UAE Market

Experience:
Previous experience working in the UAE market is mandatory. Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
