Employment: Full Time Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals who are looking to join a global company with an unrivalled reputation for excellence. You will be passionate, hard-working and can adapt to any given situation to ensure success and financial reward. This role will be based at our Dubai head office.

Responsibilities:

1. Primary focus on assisting clients in the Middle East looking for Commercial Real Estate.
2. Source and promote properties through private meetings, events and networking.
3. Deal with lead enquiries based on Chestertons SLA guidelines in a professional manner.
4. Management of new and existing leads and update activities in CRM regularly.
5. Support Chestertons social media posts, marketing events and promotional initiatives.
6. Sign up potential key connectors and referral partners to create revenue pipeline.
7. Offer support and assistance to the wider team.
8. Support office advertising and PR strategies.
9. Maintain and build Chestertons profile in the commercial market.

Requirements:

1. At least 6 months experience in Real Estate.
2. Must hold a UAE driver's license with own car.
3. Strong negotiation and selling skills.
4. Good command of written and spoken English (multilingual skills are a plus).
5. Driven individual who is motivated to attain financial success.
6. Understand sales process and buyer motivations.
7. Must be proactive, passionate about real estate and client servicing.
8. Competent in using Microsoft Office.
9. Team player.

Only candidates with a Driving license and own car will be considered.

Please note this is a commission only role.
