About the Job

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs throughout their stay. You will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries or issues, and creating memorable moments that exceed guest expectations.

About You

1. Previous experience in guest relations, concierge, or hospitality role is preferred.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
6. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
