Senior Project Engineer

Miracle Group is seeking a Senior Civil Finishing Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of UAE-based experience in high-end fit-out landscaping structures and architectural finishing. This role takes full ownership of on-site execution for the Miracle Village development. The primary mandate is translating luxury concept designs into built reality managing indoor spaces outdoor thematic pavilions hardscaping and architectural facade detailing with superior craft strict budget discipline and rapid turnaround.

Key Responsibilities
- Turnkey Execution
- Site Supervision Lead the full life cycle of fit-out architectural detailing and indoor outdoor finishing works strictly in accordance with approved shop drawings and MEP structural interfaces
- Luxury Material Selection Sourcing Source inspect and approve high-grade architectural materials cladding decorative plaster natural stone composite woods architectural metals luxury lighting fixtures and weather-resistant outdoor finishes engineered to withstand UAE climate conditions without compromising aesthetic appeal
- Value Engineering Cost Optimization Scrutinize BOQs project specifications and vendor quotations Implement cost-efficient alternatives and smart procurement strategies to achieve target luxury aesthetics at the lowest feasible lifecycle cost
- Subcontractor Specialist Management Directly oversee joinery thematic facade MEP hardscaping and decorative subcontractors Enforce snag-free workmanship tight daily schedules and precise milestone completions
- Authority Approvals Statutory Compliance Coordinate with Dubai Municipality DM Civil Defence DCD and relevant master developers to ensure complete compliance across permits inspections and final handover certificates
- Quality Assurance QA QC Establish clear site mock-ups and hold points for all surface finishes junctions waterproofing and acoustic treatments before scaling site works Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of continuous UAE experience managing high-end turnkey fit-out, luxury hospitality, themed commercial attractions, or premium retail/landscape developments.
- Demonstrated portfolio of luxury indoor/outdoor built projects delivered within budget.
- Active membership in the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE).
- Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer License / Card (G+1 / G+4 / Unlimited or equivalent interior decoration/fit-out license).
- PMP, FIDIC, or LEED credentials are an advantage. Technical Mastery
- In-depth knowledge of local UAE suppliers, joinery manufacturers, and material import channels.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, and reading integrated architectural/MEP drawings.
- Sound contract administration knowledge (variations, site instructions, claim evaluations). Ideal Candidate Profile
- Aesthetic Acumen: Sharp eye for alignment, shadow gaps, texture grading, high-end joinery, and lighting tone.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation capability with suppliers, subcontractors, and fabricators.
- Site Leadership: Decisive, proactive problem solver capable of resolving site-level drawing discrepancies instantly.
- Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
