About This Role Plan, organize, and manage operations and activities of a finance function (e.g., treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management). Develop and evaluate financial plans and policies. Establish and maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. Present and analyze financial results to support the management team. Report to a Director and manage professional individual contributors. Lead a specific department or discipline within finance and be accountable for its results. Receive objectives and determine how to allocate resources to meet schedules and goals. Manage internal and external audits Manage monthly closing, budgets and forecast Manage team of finance professionals Responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable functions Manage VAT, Corporate tax and other taxes.
