Job Description
From London to Dubai, Miami and Hong Kong, LPM brings the French Riviera to the global dining scene. Now we're opening new cities and new concepts. We need a Marketing Director to tell that story everywhere, in one voice. The roleBased at our Dubai office, you report to the CEO and shape the LPM brand together. You lead marketing for LPM Restaurant & Bar, Le Café LPM, LPM-sur-MER and the concepts still to come. Your team includes a Creative Manager, Junior Marketing Manager and a Marketing Executive, plus a dotted line to marketing leads in every market.

What You'll Do
Lead PR and media relations: drive our agencies, create stories worth telling, secure coverage that matters in every market, and represent LPM at eventsOwn social and digital: content strategy, digital acquisition, websites and email, with data behind every decisionShape the brand and communication strategy with the CEO, across every conceptKeep every channel and every market consistent and on-brandCreate the content behind our employer brand, in partnership with HRWork with CRM and Operations to turn first-time guests into regularsOwn the marketing budget and prove ROI with FinanceLead a global marketing community across all our markets and conceptsWhat You Bring10+ years in marketing and communications with top-tier luxury, hospitality or F&B brandsA strong PR track record: media relationships, agency management, coverage that moves the businessDeep digital and social expertise: content, paid acquisition, email, analyticsLeadership of teams, including remote teams across countriesCommercial discipline: budgets, ROI, reportingExcellent written and spoken English; French is a strong plusA bachelor's in marketing, communications or similar; a master's is a plusWhy LPMA direct line to the CEOA global brand in expansion: new concepts, new cities, new storiesCreative freedom within a strong identityA culture that where we Love what we do, Pay attention to detail and Make magic happensReady to write LPM's next chapter?
