We are now seeking a strategic Associate Recruitment Director, UK & Australia (MEA) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding student recruitment from the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region to our UK and Australian university partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Student Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to maximise enrolments to INTO's UK & Australia centers.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison between INTO and our UK & Australian university partners, ensuring strong relationships and collaboration.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and support the MEA team to achieve recruitment targets, providing mentorship and training.
- Market Insight & Strategy: Analyse industry trends and market data to develop targeted recruitment plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Financial & Sales Performance: Meet or exceed annual sales targets, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Exceptional Customer Focus: Provide outstanding support and training to recruitment partners, ensuring clear communication of key product offerings.
Location: This role is based in our Dubai office, with occasional travel required within the MEA region and to the UK and Australia.
