Responsibilities:
- Visit stores and monitor display of products according to company guidelines
- Identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
- Create attractive displays to increase product visibility and sales
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Develop relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Fluency in Malayalam is required, knowledge of English is a plus
- Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE if not already based there Perks:
