Alchemist Fitout, a leading luxury fit-out company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer with expertise in site supervision and estimation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out projects, site execution, and cost estimation. This role requires ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also handling quantity take-offs and cost calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision:

- Oversee and manage fit-out project execution on-site, ensuring compliance with designs and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and site resources.
- Implement health and safety regulations on-site and maintain a safe working environment.

Estimation & Cost Control:

- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations for materials, labor, and project execution.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and project budgets.
- Assist in tender documentation, quotations, and vendor negotiations.
- Analyze and optimize project costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Project Coordination & Reporting:

- Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify and resolve site-related challenges to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost reports, and documentation to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, UAE regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in fit-out site execution and estimation.

Education: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Expertise in estimation, BOQs, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

License:Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
