Parttime Instructor

Job Description Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a part-time role for an Instructor at Kumon Furjan Centre, located in Dubai. The Instructor will be responsible for assisting students with their academic tasks by guiding them through the Kumon Method of learning. Daily activities will include individual student support, evaluating and marking worksheets, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Instructor will also maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students. This is an on-site position requiring regular interaction with students, parents, and the teaching team. Qualifications - Proficiency in Mathematics and English required to guide students effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills to support structured learning - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive student-teacher relationships - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced learning environment - Prior experience in education, tutoring, or working with children is a plus - Patience, enthusiasm for teaching, and passion for helping students develop independence in learning
