1. Arrange to submit accurate regulatory reports, such as monthly returns, quarterly returns, monthly remittance reports, audited financial statements etc. within the submission deadlines to the Central Bank
2. Maintain automated books of accounts for generating periodical CBUAE return with the aid of suitable accounting software
3. Always maintain appropriate reports for Foreign Currency Exchange and Remittance Transactions for all periods, for examination of CBUAE
4. Obtain statements from foreign banks and foreign remittance partners and perform reconciliation of balances on a regular basis, preferably daily
5. Investigate the differences identified during the reconciliation process and report all un-reconciled items to the Manager In-Charge immediately
6. Assess the value and act on the unclaimed funds on a regular basis
7. Assess the liquidity position and capital adequacy on a regular basis to inform the Finance Manager
