IT Supervisor
An IT Supervisor will be accountable for the daily support of IT systems for service systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephone systems throughout the hotel.

What will I be doing?
As an IT Supervisor, you will sustain the IT Department in its initiatives to guarantee the high quality as well as delivery of IT systems for both the resort and its Guests. These initiatives will be met timely, within budget, and based on IT operating standards. Specifically, the IT Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Provide daily support for all internal hotel IT systems and customers, minimizing any system outages.
2. Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any concerns that require further attention.
3. Recommend system improvements to the IT Supervisor.
4. Connect with the hotel Service Center Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requests.

What are we looking for?
IT Managers serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To effectively fill this role, you need to maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that adhere to:

1. Previous IT experience, ideally in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector.
2. Experience with all Microsoft systems.
3. Experience with hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, preferred.
4. Excellent business and social skills.
5. Current technical skills and knowledge of technology.
