We’re looking for a seasoned PR professional to take the lead on our Abu Dhabi-based portfolio as a Senior Account Manager (Freelance). You’ll play a key role in shaping communications strategies, leading a talented team and building lasting relationships with our clients and media partners in the region. This role is ideal for a confident communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven record of driving results in PR and communications in GCC. What will you do: Client Leadership - Act as the primary contact for key clients, offering strategic counsel and proactive solutions. - Develop creative, insight-led PR strategies that meet client goals and strengthen relationships. - Nurture long‑term partnerships that drive growth and client satisfaction. Team & Project Management - Lead and mentor the Abu Dhabi PR team ensuring clear direction, collaboration and on‑time delivery. - Oversee project timelines, quality standards and smooth cross‑team coordination. Campaign Execution - Manage the development and review of PR materials including press releases, media pitches and social content. - Lead media relations pitching stories, coordinating interviews and maintaining key journalist and influencer relationships. - Plan and support press events, launches and client activations. - Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations. Business & Operational Excellence - Oversee account operations including budgets, invoicing and reporting. - Support new business initiatives from identifying opportunities to crafting proposals and leading pitches. - Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas that add value for our clients and teams. What will you bring: - 6–8+ years of PR experience (agency experience preferred). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, presentation and client‑handling abilities. - Proven success in developing and executing high‑impact PR campaigns. - Established media network in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience highly valued). - Strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail and a results‑driven approach.
