About The Job An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join our Front Office team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: - Foster a positive work environment within the Front Office department and promote effective communication and teamwork between departments to enhance morale and productivity. - Delegate tasks, empower, and coach colleagues, Team Leaders, and Managers to achieve desired results, fostering professional growth and skill development. - Oversee the maintenance and configuration of the Opera system, ensuring accuracy in profile and reservation inputs, adherence to selling strategies, and regular clean-up of duplicate profiles and expired rates. - Analyze Guest Satisfaction Reports to monitor the level of service provided by the department, investigate areas for improvement, and take corrective action to enhance guest satisfaction. - Handle guest complaints and feedback according to company standards, ensuring proper recording and resolution to maintain guest satisfaction. - Prepare the departmental budget and implement measures to achieve or exceed budgeted profit, optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.
