The Early Career Training is a 1 year program and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform in the selected role. This program will help you in developing the general skills of the internship and provide on-the-job knowledge and technical experience. In line with the Emiratization requirements preference will be given to qualified Emirati nationals.Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - During the internship program we will provide assignments projects & tasks that are related to your major where you can develop leadership and communication skills. - Partner with the Growth Leader in the data gathering & analysis market segmentation and value proposition development to create the demand for innovative services. - Interact with the Sales/Tendering/Operation teams to build the value proposition present it to customers and solicit constructive feedback with the ultimate objective to grow the business. - Provide support on offer preparation cost estimation create content and set up internal communication including data archiving. - Support the Growth Leader in driving the adoption of new growth initiatives and building tracking mechanisms for proper reporting. - Explore new areas of development with the Field Service team to come up with new growth initiatives and test their feasibility and worthiness for a proper launch. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited university degree. - Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic. - Curious and proactive with high level of integrity strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn. - A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams. - Highly organized and in systematic with solid time management skills.
