Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldPMP (Project Management Professional) certification – RequiredStrong understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data models, and geodatabasesExperience with ESRI ArcGIS (Enterprise, Pro, Online) or similar platformsProven experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teamsJob ResponsibilityLead end-to-end GIS project lifecycle using PMI best practices (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication plansManage scope, timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectationsTrack project performance using KPIs and prepare status reports for leadershipOversee design, development, and deployment of GIS solutions (ArcGIS, web GIS, spatial databases)Coordinate spatial data collection, analysis, migration, and integrationEnsure data quality, metadata standards, and compliance with organizational GIS policiesCollaborate with GIS analysts, developers, data engineers, and IT teamsServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersMentor project team members and promote best practicesEnsure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standardsSupport procurement processes, RFPs, and contract managementCompetitive compensation based on market standardsWe are working on a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams.
