JOB PURPOSE:
To create standard contract templates as per company policies and procedures and as per applicable laws. Administer contracts in the Ariba Contract Management module. Drive compliance by ensuring that the contract management process is followed.
DESCRIPTION:
- Creation of Standard contract templates
- Adoption of contract management process

Contract Management:
- Creation of standard contract templates and getting them approved by legal.
- Work with the sourcing team to ensure use of the standard contract template.
- Leads contract terms and condition negotiations and provides negotiation support as required.
- Identifies commercial risk and issues and proposes solutions.
- Authors the final contract to be executed.
- Creates a repository of contracts in the Ariba contract management module.
- Ensures all contract documents and accurate information are available in Ariba contract management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Post-Graduate with relevant experience in contract management/legal/procurement.
- 5 plus years' experience in contract authoring, contract negotiations and contract management.
- Experience of using Ariba contract management tool.
- Understands basic principles of strategic sourcing process.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
