Indian Retention Desk Executive – Forex

Are you a persuasive communicator with experience in Forex or online trading? Do you thrive on building lasting client relationships and driving results? We’re looking for a Retention Desk Executive to join our team in Dubai and play a key role in strengthening client loyalty, supporting high deposit volumes, and boosting revenue from the Indian market. What You’ll Do: - Manage and retain existing clients in the Indian market - Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive engagement - Drive upselling and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle - Work closely with high-value accounts to maximize deposit activity - Utilize trading knowledge and retention strategies to meet performance targets What You Bring: - At least 1 year of experience in the Forex or online trading industry - Background in sales, account management, or client retention - Fluency in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc., are a big plus) - Strong interpersonal, upselling, and problem-solving skills - Passion for growth, target-driven mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure - Leads are provided by the company – no book of clients needed If you're a go-getter who knows how to retain, upsell, and keep clients engaged — this is your opportunity to shine.
