We are a leading Dubai-based company providing babysitting, nanny, and cleaning services. We are looking for an experienced Female Operations Supervisor, fluent in Tagalog, to manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer service. This is an office-based role focused on people management and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage 40–50 female staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeepers) - Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and deployment - Oversee a customer service team (3–5 staff) and handle client issues - Coordinate drivers’ schedules for staff transportation - Handle client bookings, complaints, and service follow-ups - Use CRM systems to manage staff, clients, and operations - Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and team meetings - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies - Prepare basic operational reports for management Qualifications - Female candidates - Fluent in Tagalog and English (mandatory) - Minimum 2 years’ experience as Operations Supervisor / Team Lead - Experience managing 50+ staff - Background in cleaning, facilities management, home care, or hospitality - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM and scheduling systems - Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
