We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our service team and uphold our standards of excellence.

Job Summary:

The Workshop Manager will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, multi-brand automotive service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-first approach. This role involves supervising technicians, ensuring quality repairs, managing workflow, maintaining inventory, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all workshop operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Supervise a team of technicians and service advisors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and provide technical guidance where needed.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship across all brands serviced.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide transparent cost estimates and repair timelines.
- Oversee parts ordering and inventory control to reduce delays and manage costs.
- Implement safety and cleanliness protocols in the workshop.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work towards continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth customer intake and vehicle delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new diagnostic tools, and brand-specific requirements.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive workshop management, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of various automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with workshop management software (e.g., Garage Plug, Auto Fluent, etc.).
- Valid UAE driving license (or specify based on country).
