Job Description We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HQMena's global HR operations, manage a diverse international team, and build scalable people strategies that support our fast-paced business. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for developing high performing, globally aligned teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and international growth across Dubai, Mexico, and India. Lead, mentor, and manage HR Manager and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective support and alignment across all regional offices and time zones. Design and oversee performance management systems that track, evaluate, and enhance employee contributions using clear KPIs and structured feedback. Standardize HR policies and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience across all locations. Drive employee development by launching training, upskilling, and leadership programs suited for diverse, cross-functional teams. Oversee the creation and maintenance of competitive and regionally appropriate compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations in the UAE, Mexico, and India, aligning practices with global standards. Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and long-term people strategies. Leverage HR analytics and data to inform decisions on employee retention, engagement, and operational efficiency. Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture through recognition programs and continuous employee feedback. Requirements 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing HR across multiple regions. Proven track record of leading HR in a global, multicultural environment—experience with Mexico, India, and the UAE is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM‐SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus. Strong understanding of international labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR operations. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing performance metrics and scalable HR systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HRIS, performance management tools, and data analytics platforms. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
