The Role:

As the Head of Commercial- Bakery, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to enhance market presence and revenue. This role is pivotal in building key partnerships, optimizing business performance, and ensuring sustained growth in the competitive food aggregation industry.

1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring strong performance and relationship management.
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the pastry and bakery sector.
4. Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:
