Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or any data related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles. - Proven track record of successfully leading data strategy and governance projects for large organizations. - Comprehensive knowledge of DAMA or NDMO. - Experience in consulting and client management is highly desirable. - Being an ARABIC speaker is a must. Skills: - Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and tools. - Proficiency in data management and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI). - Excellent bilingual verbal/written communication skills (Arabic and English). - Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in data governance (e.g., DAMA, CIMP). - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, KSA Personal Data Protection Law) and their impact on data governance.
