We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead our team to deliver a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. What You'll Do: - Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations - Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly - Control inventory and manage supply orders - Track financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets - Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize menu offerings - Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost revenue - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment What Are We Looking For: - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management - Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards - Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Benefits - Extensive learning opportunities with hard and soft skill training to help you improve and challenge yourself. - Be involved in customized trainings. - Have the chance to work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment. - Become part of one of the most caring communities out there. - The famous team activities and social events bursting with fun. - Annual leave as per the company policy. - Medical Insurance covering all necessary services. - Yearly get-together for our Frontliner Champions.
