Job Purpose

The Associate Director in our Public Sector practice plays a crucial role in advising and supporting clients in the UAE'spublic sector and state-owned-enterprises. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong analytical mindset, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work across multiple industries. You will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries
- Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders.
- Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation.
- Assist with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and lead team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Strong academic background (MBA or other advanced degrees preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting
- At least 5 years in tier 2 or tier 1 consulting firm, working predominantly in the region
- Arabic speaker preferable
