Join to apply for the Compliance Officer role at Creation Business ConsultantsThe Compliance Officer will oversee the organization's compliance with applicable AML and CTF laws, regulations, and guidelines, ensuring the company's policies and procedures align with the latest regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesOversee the organization's compliance with applicable AML and CTF laws, regulations, and guidelinesDevelop and maintain effective AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls tailored to the corporate services industryConduct regular internal reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of the AML/CTF program and identify areas for improvementEstablish robust transaction monitoring systems and processes to detect suspicious activities promptlyReview and investigate all breaches, discrepancies and irregular activities and recommend corrective actionsPrepare AML reports for management and file reports with relevant authoritiesEnsure thorough and accurate collection of client identification and verification documentsStay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure the company's policies and procedures align with the latest requirementsProvide training to employees on AML/CTF regulations, policies, and proceduresMaintain the company's internal blacklist in relation to AML/CTF to reduce risk exposureEscalate suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities, such as financial intelligence units or law enforcement agenciesCollaborate and communicate effectively to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organizationPrepare and submit timely and accurate suspicious activity reports (SARs) to the relevant authorities as requiredRequirementsDegree qualifiedDIFC/ADGM experience is mandatoryMinimum 5 years' experience as a compliance officer within the corporate services industryCertification such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) is mandatoryThorough knowledge of UAE/KSA tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsBenefitsPerformance-based bonuses & participation in profit share schemeEligibility to be part of CBC equity planAccess to CBC Academy to learn, develop and grow with the organizationAttractive salary package, commission structure & exclusive discountsTraining & development opportunitiesExtra annual leave for 2+ years of commitmentVIP access to networking eventsExcellent health package & additional benefitsTeam building & social activitiesOpportunity to work with industry leadersPlease send your resume to jobs@creationbc.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
