We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented professional who has experience in Business Setup services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business registration processes, legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and licensing procedures. This role requires leadership, client management skills, and the ability to streamline the end‑to‑end setup process for our clients. Responsibilities - Generating and managing incoming sales inquiries from different sources like phone calls, emails, chats, walk‑in clients and referrals. - Follow‑up with new and existing clients and updating status on the CRM. - Educating clients with information related to company set‑up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions. - Attending events and business networks to maximize sales from other channels aside from the marketing leads. - Training and developing business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market. - Keeping in touch with channel partners to make sure that the relationship with the free zone is good. - Achieving monthly sales targets. - CRM management for sales. - In‑dept product knowledge and competition packages. - Providing monthly report on the number of sales vs number of leads received. - Coordinating between compliance team and operations team to facilitate clients’ requirements. - Analyzing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors. - Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the client from sign up until closure. - Maintaining high conversion rates. - Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees. - Providing straight forward, transparent and accurate information related to the requirements of the client. - Preparing reports as required and/or requested by the line manager. - Manage and mentor a team of business setup consultants or specialists. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 2 to 3 years of experience in business setup, company formation, legal compliance, or corporate services. - Strong knowledge of company registration processes (e.g., mainland, free zone, offshore). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
