Role Overview The Corporate Advisory will play a critical role in advising on strategic corporate matters while also supporting compliance and planning in corporate services .This position requires a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities - Provide expert guidance on corporate structuring, business transactions, and regulatory compliance. - Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring from both strategic and tax perspectives. - Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting corporate finance and taxation, and assess their impact on the business. - Collaborate with internal departments to align corporate strategy with financial planning and tax optimization. - Represent the company in discussions with tax authorities and regulatory bodies as required. - Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for new ventures and business models. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred). - Minimum 1yearof experience in corporate advisory and/or taxation roles, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment. - Strong knowledge of corporate tax legislation and regulatory frameworks. - Proven experience in handling complex business transactions and strategic planning. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
