Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Dubai. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for customers, resolving technical issues, and addressing inquiries. Daily tasks include analyzing system operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support interactions, collaborating with the development team to address technical concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service quality. Qualifications - Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently - Customer Support and Customer Service expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and positive interactions - Analytical Skills to assess situations, identify problems, and recommend effective solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently within an on-site environment - Experience in property management software or related technologies is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
