Location:
Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Commission-Based Compensation: Flat 75% Commission on Every Closed Deal Role Overview As an Associate Partner, you will work independently while leveraging Capri Realty's brand, marketing support, property inventory, and operational resources to build and grow your real estate business. This role is designed for experienced brokers who already have market knowledge, developer relationships, and a proven sales track record in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, end‑users, and property owners.
- Advise clients on Dubai real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Source new listings and maintain an active property portfolio.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transaction closures.
- Develop relationships with leading Dubai developers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company standards.
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's off‑plan and secondary property markets.
- Existing network of investors, buyers, and property owners preferred.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
