About the Role We are seeking a Senior B2B Product Manager to drive the vision, stirategy, and execution of our Fiat OTC and RFQ services, with a strong focus on institutional and KYB users. This is a leadership role, combining hands-on product ownership with team management, to scale our institutional offering and build long-term collaborations with financial partners, brokers, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities - Own the full product lifecycle for OTC and RFQ servicess, from concept to launch to optimization. Ensure best execution, liquidity, and settlement experiencefor institutional users. Oversee onboarding and service flows for KYB and institutional clients in line with compliance requirements. - Client & Market Strategy: Act as the product lead for instituticonal and enterprise users, identifying needs and building scalable solutions. - Partner with Business Development, Compliance, Treaasury, and Operations to strengthen institutional collaborations. - Cross-Functional Execution: Translate business and client requireements into actionable product roadmaps and specifications. Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal risk frameworks. - Performance & Growth: Continuously enhance product usabilitty, competitiveness, and client satisfaction. - Support go-to-market initiatives targeting institutional engjagement.
