Most Important - We will be developing an unlimited client acquisition funnel, ensuring a constant stream of new clients and long-term sustainability.
Example of What You'll Do:
Imagine you as the co-founder of Traved, responsible for marketing and brand growth. Your job is to execute strategic marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Instead of just creating content, your focus will be on ensuring our agency reaches the right audience—travel vloggers, influencers, and tourism brands.
You'll run data-driven experiments to acquire leads organically.
You'll engage with travel creators and brands, building relationships to convert them into clients.
You'll use SEO, paid ads, partnerships, and social media strategies to position Traved as a trusted brand.
You'll collaborate with the co-founders to refine our services, ensuring we offer the best solutions for travel content creators.
You'll set up an automated and scalable client acquisition system to ensure consistent growth.
In the first few weeks, you'll get training from the co-founders to fully understand the business, after which you'll take charge of marketing and scaling.
Within 5 months, we expect a steady flow of leads and paying clients. Once we start making money, we'll keep the first $5,000 as a business cap, and anything above that gets distributed.
The goal is to build authority and credibility in the travel editing space. Over time, Traved will transition into a community-driven agency, expanding its influence beyond a personal brand and establishing a strong network of creators.
