Job Description
Should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, leveraging Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations to automate complex business processes and customer interactions. Must hold Salesforce Certified Developer and Admin credentials (PD1 & Admin). Experienced in backend development and high-level design. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and technical direction. Conduct high-level design and code/design reviews to ensure quality and alignment with project goals. Resolve complex technical issues and escalations requiring advanced expertise. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver thoughtful and enriched solutions.
