Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to execution.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Follow up with contractors, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with design teams, architects, and engineers to develop and review structural and architectural plans.
- Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams; prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Ensure smooth communication between different teams and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site inspections, report project status, and recommend necessary improvements.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, construction technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel to other countries as required.
