Job Description:
- Develop and manage baseline schedules for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
- Utilize planning techniques such as earned value management, cost and schedule variance analysis, estimates at completion, and critical path analysis.
- Prepare and issue periodic dashboards to provide real-time MEP cost and schedule performance updates to project teams.
- Generate detailed cost and schedule reports to support data-driven decision-making for senior management.
- Develop integrated MEP master schedules using Primavera and/or Microsoft Project, incorporating interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors.
- Coordinate MEP schedules with civil and structural works to ensure smooth project execution and avoid conflicts.
- Monitor and assess all MEP program control tools to ensure compliance with project contractual obligations and technical requirements.
- Conduct trend analysis and evaluate MEP cost and schedule performance to identify potential risks and validate forecasts.
- Communicate key findings and risk assessments promptly to project stakeholders, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Oversee MEP-specific productivity targets, financial objectives, and KPIs, ensuring adherence to project goals and efficiency standards.
