Lead and manage instrumentation & control (I&C) commissioning activities to ensure systems are tested, functional, and ready for safe operation at yard and offshore. Key Responsibilities - Lead I&C commissioning activities (pre-commissioning, commissioning, loop checks, system testing) - Supervise and coordinate commissioning teams and contractors - Review and approve I&C commissioning procedures and test packs - Interface with construction, engineering, telecom, electrical, HSE, and operations - Ensure I&C systems meet project specifications and offshore standards - Support offshore commissioning, integration, and start-up - Troubleshoot I&C issues during commissioning - Report commissioning progress and manage punch lists Key Requirements - 18+ years of oil & gas experience - Strong offshore commissioning experience - Expertise in I&C systems (DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G, SCADA, field instruments) - Previous experience as Lead / Senior Commissioning Engineer (I&C) - Experience working in fabrication yards and offshore installations - Strong leadership and coordination skills - Knowledge of international codes and standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
