Accountabilities - Define domain-specific quality success metrics. - Develop project-specific SOPs and QA rubrics. - Review project outputs against technical standards. - Perform structured QA passes on design deliverables. - Return files to contractors with precise remediation notes. - Provide advisory input on design tools and workflows. - Handle spec changes and edge-case scenarios. - Curate example libraries of design assets. - Participate in vetting and assessing technical contractor talent. - Review sample work from contractors and provide feedback. - Create targeted training or calibration resources. - Advise on technical scoping and project requirements. - Contribute to post-project reviews for improvement. - Identify client model observations and insights. - Build dashboards or trackers to surface production insights. - Conduct post-mortems and propose process improvements. Requirements - Bachelor of design. - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design. - Mastery of design principles and visual communication. - Expert proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch). - Proven ability to maintain high technical standards. - Strong communication skills for technical guidance. - Experience producing technical documentation and training resources. - Ability to work within fixed project timelines. - Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. - Fluency in spoken and written English.
